The idea of Ten Mallorca

It was created by Jo and John in 2015 after three and a half years of passion and managing and designing the renovation of this wonderful old archeologically important house.

Both property surveyors by trade, they decided to move to Mallorca and use their skills and experience from their jobs and love of travelling across the world.

John is an avid cyclist and therefore Mallorca was an easy choice due to the challenging and stunning rides it has to offer. Both of them have a love for good design and how to make a relaxing, fun holiday or event. Now joined by their daughter Hannah this is a real family affair.

A traditional Mallorca house

Ten Mallorca is a beautiful traditional Mallorca house that has bags of history that was restored into luxury accommodation with Turismo de Interior. Once the home of Joan Riera there was a pilgrimage to the house here in 1919 that led to the Art Deco bathroom theme.

All of the rooms are individually designed with designer wallpapers oak parquet floors and great bathrooms with walk in showers. Two have balconies, and two have their own terraces. Two rooms are on the ground floor and one is wheelchair accessible. The other rooms are on the first floor via a wide staircase.

Most rooms have 180cm super king beds that can be also made as a twin. 800 thread count Egyptian cotton is standard ensuring you enjoy a lovely nights sleep.

All of the rooms have a safe, a small minibar fridge and air conditioning. All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities. Soft white towels, argan oil toiletries including hair conditioner, dressing gowns and slippers plus powerful ionic hairdryers complete each room.

From Colonia de Sant Pere, you can easily reach Artà (10 km), Manacor (20 km), Son Serra (13 km), and Alcudia (30 km). The popular destinations of Capdepera-Cala Ratjada are about 25 km away, Cala Millor is 28 km, and Can Picafort is 18 km away.
